If members, participants, or partners are legal entities, the mentioned data are collected to the extent necessary for the physical persons who are their legal or authorized representatives, and may also be obtained from public registers.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
AOGGAB processes personal data depending on the specific context for the following purposes:
Correspondence related to your participation in the current activities of the Association
Periodic sending of current information about the Association’s activities (newsletter/informational bulletin)
Promoting and improving the activities of the Association, including conducting surveys

The criteria for determining the retention periods and duration are as follows:
If the purpose of data collection cannot be achieved, the data will be deleted within 10 days.
In other cases, the provided personal data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, keeping them up-to-date and accurate, and will be retained as long as there is a membership relationship, participation in an initiative, project, etc.
Any information for which the grounds and purposes for processing have been exhausted will be deleted, but only after an assessment during the annual inventory process and a decision by the Association’s management board.
Processing may continue if there is an obligation for longer retention in accordance with applicable legislation, which may be up to 5 years depending on the type of data and legal obligation.
